Delaware Population Consortium

Effective November 1, 2019, the Delaware Population Consortium was officially established in 29 Delaware Code, Chapter 91, Subchapter V to provide a single set of population projections for the State of Delaware. This legislation requires all counties, municipalities, school districts, and State agencies to use the DPC projections for planning and policy purposes.
