PLUS PROCESS MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING
The following is a list of Delaware jurisdictions with current Memoranda of Understanding with the Office of State Planning Coordination relating to the Preliminary Land Use Service (PLUS). Memoranda of Understanding are allowed under §9205(c) of Chapter 92 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code to "more effectively coordinate with the local land-use process."
