Population Projections Available on Updated
Delaware Population Consortium Web Page
The updated Delaware
Population Consortium pages have actually been up for a while
now, but we realized we have neglected to point them out on these
pages. Population projections for the state, the counties and the
major cities in Delaware have been published on-line for many years,
usually in a PDF version of the Consortium's annual Population Projections
Series document posted on the University of Delaware web site. The
updated pages include extracts from the report, some of the background
information, and details about the Consortium membership, structure,
and meetings.

Sussex
County Now Offers GIS Data On-Line in Web Map Viewer
Sussex County's Mapping and Addressing office has added to the internet
mapping resources available to Delawareans with the new Sussex
County Online Map viewer. The system, which can be viewed using
most standard web browsers, offers basemap information similar to
that provided by the Delaware
DataMIL, but adds expanded county tax parcel information and 911-address
information for that portion of the county that has the new addresses.
The Sussex County On-line Map joins the New
Castle County eParcelView Map System and Kent
County's portion of the SmartMap system as local components of
a growing network of on-line mapping resources in Delaware.
