THE GOVERNOR'S ADVISORY COUNCIL ON PLANNING COORDINATION
The Council, generally known as the Livable Delaware Advisory Council, was established (29 Del. Code '9102) by the General Assembly as part of the 2001 Livable Delaware legislative agenda. It has wide membership and meets on a regular basis to help guide the Livable Delaware Agenda.

Livable Delaware Advisory Council Subcommittees
The Advisory Council occasionally creates subcommittees to explore
specific topics. These have included:
- Community Design, which developed the Better Models for Development
in Delaware publication.
- Green Infrastructure, which created the Green Infrastructure Strategy
added to the Strategies for State Policies and Spending.
