The Delaware Population Consortium is an informal, cooperative organization including state, county, and local governments that works year-round to produce and share an annual, common set of population and household projections for the state of Delaware; New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties; and major municipalities in Delaware.

The Consortium consists of a Committee-of-the-Whole, which is open to all interested participants, a Steering Committee, and a Technical Working Group. The Steering Committee and Technical Working Group meet throughout the year to prepare draft annual projections for consideration by the Committee-of-the-Whole at an annual meeting each year.
