Downtown Development District Rebates

Eligible for up to 20 percent of qualified real property investments made to residential commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings or facilities located within the boundaries of a DDD. To be eligible, an individual or entity must invest at least $15,000 to 25,000 (depending on project size) for rehabilitation, expansion or new construction projects.
